This recipe was awesome and easy to make. I added fresh mushrooms, and used crushed peanuts instead of cashews. We will make this again for sure!

This is the second Emeril stir fry that we have tried and it delivered just as well as the beef and broccoli that I am begged to make so often. I substituted ginger powder for the Asian spice which suited our tastes just fine. I will cut back on the oil next time as I thought there was too much. Just the right amount of spice. We will be making this frequently.

WOW talk about a fantastic and super easy to make stir-fry... I didn't have the Asian Spice Blend so after reading the reviews I made the blend that another reviewer had suggested and it turned out great... I will also keep the spice mixture on hand for other dishes that I make!!! I will definitely be making this again and again and plan on passing this wonderful recipe on to my friends and family!!! This dish had just the right amount of spiciness and what a wonderful flavor... Thanks Emeril!!! This is my new favorite Asian dish that I can make at home!!!

This was delicious! I didn't have the five spice blend so I took another reviewer's suggestion and used salt, pepper, sugar and cayenne. Worked great. I too added my own mix of veggies and used more soy sauce than the recipe called for. But overall, this is fantastic and has great flavor!

I am always trying new Asian dishes and this is now my new favorite. The Asian spice (I used five spice adds a great unique taste! Didn't think that any of the ingredients were overpowering. If you are looking for something different- try this one! Loved it!

I was really disappointed with this recipe. I followed the recipe exactly except subbed different vegetables. I thought the hoisin was totally overpowering in the sauce -- I actually went back after eating and looked at the recipe to be sure it really said 2 TB and not 2 teaspoons of hoisin. I agree with the previous reviewer who said that Emeril's recipes are usually excellent, this one is an exception. One plus, I thought the level of heat in the sauce was really nice -- just a bit spicy. But the leftovers are going in the garbage and we won't be making this again.

This was just ok to me. I'm usually 'wow-ed' by Emeril's recipes but this one I wasn't that impressed with. Doubt I will make it again.

i make this stiy fry often, usually adding more veggies and serving it over pasta...since i add a lot of veggies i usually need to quadruple the sauce to get enough to cover the noodles, veggies, and chicken (and sometimes shrimp. i just looove this sauce :

This is the tastiest stir fry I have ever made. I used Emeril's Asian spice recipe which I googled as others suggested and it came out wonderfully. Next time I think I will add some broccoli or carrots to the mix. I didn't have cayenne pepper so I substituted a little less chili powder. It was moderately spicy. My husband loved it too and said we should add it to our repertoire! Took me a little longer than stated (about 40 minutes after all was said and done but I was making sure to follow the recipe exactly.

I've made this twice, both times without the asian spice stuff, but made due with nutmeg and ginger. Excellent dish that everyone loves.
