My 17 year old son made this for dinner last night and it was delicious. The flavors are great and you can use any type of meat or vegetables you like. This is a keeper.

Loved this recipe. So often you make stir fry at home and the veggies are mushy, or it looks like a brown mish mash. But this looked like some thing I would order at a restaurant. The green beans were still a little crisp. I loved that it was easy too.

The only down side was trying to find Asain Spice. Then I found you have to make it from a recipe on Emeril's website. Once the mystery was solved I was off and running.

This is excellent, not greasy like a Chinese restaurant.

This recipe was amazing. Had the perfect amount of spice for me. Tasted like it was from a restaurant. Will make it it again for sure.

In addition to the green beans and garlic, I added sliced mushrooms, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and an additional 3 tablespoons of soy sauce to the pan and served the dish over brown basmati rice.

This dish was great, but I made some changes based on the reviews. First, per Katie of Sea Girt, NJ, I used the following recipe for the "Asian spice blend": 1 tablespoon 5 spice powder; 1 tablespoon salt; 1 tablespoon sugar; 1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper; 3/4 tsp. cayenne. Using 5 spice power alone would have been too overpowering. I also lessened the oil to 2 Tbsp. Finally, this recipe doesn't make 4 servings. It only uses 6 oz of chicken breast while other recipes I've seen call for 12 oz (one whole chicken breast for 4 servings. Next time, I may double the recipe. Otherwise, everything was very good.

I normally do not make stir fry dishes because I never know which flavors will taste good with each other but this dish combines great ingredients and gives you restaurant quality taste! Instead of chicken, I made this dish with flank steak and it was fabulous...it soaks all of the wonderful Asian flavors!

My husband and I got a Wok and I wanted to try out new recipes. Since we both love Green Beans, I made Emeril's Chicken Stir-Fry and it was my favorite so far. The combination of green beans and sesame seeds is simply fantastic.
