Eventhough I couldn't find the Asian spice blend at the grocery store, this dish had PLENTY of flavor. It tasted like it had a slight Thai flavor twist, which I'm not a fan of. I was expecting more of a Chinese Sesame chickent takeout flavor, but it was just enough of a hint where I wasn't bothered by it and actually enjoyed it enough where I'd add this into my dinner rotation in a heartbeat!

Spicy, flavorful, very yum.. i would suggest dry red chile peppers vs. the red pepper flakes and putting fresh ground pepper or garlic pepper on the green beans before adding to the mix... i like things HOT though! :my fiance ate a huge porkchop a couple of hours before this meal and didn't think he would finish the plate i made him, but before he knew it there wasn't a grain of rice left on his plate!

Wow is this good. Ya just have to be ready-to-go or else. Perfect combination of flavors going on also. Cheap to make too. Can't miss. Nicely done Emeril.

My husband & I loved this stir fry! I would recommend using only 1/2 the oil. It is excellent as left overs - the spices really kick in.

This was my first attempt at stir-frying. The recipe was easy to understand and simple to cook. The best part is that I ate every bite. Definitely a dish I'll be cooking again!

I made this with tofu and chicken and it turned out pretty good. The greens beans that I had took a lot longer than a couple minutes to cook, so my tofu ended up getting burned. Next time I'll add it in later. The five spice powder really adds a nice Asian flavor to it.
