    I made this recipe couple of Christmases ago and gave a small jar of it to one of my coworkers. She was going to a family Christmas dinner and I thought it would be nice for her to take some cranberry conserve along. My cranberry conserve never made to the dinner. She decided to taste it and then promptly sat down and ate the whole jar of it by herself. It's been a hit with everyone I have given some to taste.

    Wonderful. Out of the cranberry sauces I made, this was the first one devoured, and I out did my mother-in-law. "BAM"!

    This was so easy to make and came out delicious. It was great that I was able to make it days before Thanksgiving and just keep it in the fridge. I will make it every year now.

    Ever since I made this cranberry conserve to be part of our Thanksgiving meal, it has been popular enough that I have to make it every year!!!

    This was simply delicious and tangy! It went extremely well with the turkey and dressing. Everyone wanted the recipe! I served the pecans in a separate dish for those who wished to garnish their sauce. A must for the Holidays!

    A good relish/conserve but way too much vinegar. The flavor of the vinegar was too strong. If I did it again (which I doubt I would replace the vinegar with wine/juice/ or water.

    I make this cranberry conserve every year at Thanksgiving. It's easy and fast, and I can do it the day before the dinner. Fabulous! Do try it!
