  • 2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme

    Because we have a family member who can't take cayenne, we substituted chili powder and cumin instead and boy oh boy was it great! Especially for roasting the thanksgiving turkey and making the stuffing.

    I use this on chicken, all kinds of fish, egg salad, tuna salad... it just goes great with just about anything you want to add a little "zing" to!

    I added this wonderful seasoning to a sweet and spicy italian sausage pasta with onions and peppers...I almost mimmicked a favorite NEW ORLEANS PASTA I love to eat at a local place.
