    Before I stumbled onto the recipe, I made my own egg sandwich the same way. Great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This one is a winner.

    Great! I make mine a little difference. Toast 2 pc of bread, cook bacon in microwave; fry or scramble an egg, get jam out of frig. Toast, then egg, bacon, jam on other toast, place on top of bacon! Enjoy!!!

    I have never had a better sandwich. My 1 1/2 year old even loved it. We now mack it every week.
