You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ounces gin (recommended: Hendrick's)
  • Crushed ice
  • Splash or spray of dry vermouth
  • 2 pickled cocktail onions

Directions

Combine the gin and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Splash or mist a tall martini glass with vermouth. Strain the gin into the martini glass, garnish with the onions, and serve.

    A great drink.....However, it calls for dry vermouth.... On the air, Emeril used sweet vermouth...(very obvious by the color
