Just finished making my first batch and taste test. Wonderful! Squeeze a whole orange slice and a whole lemon slice into glass when serving, to set off the freshness. Making these two days ahead as we are taking a traveling "Laisses les bon temps roules" party to the white river in Arkansas. We will raise a glass to Emeril, up on the "Rivah" darlin!
