    Would have been better with much less goronzola cheese, one cup is too overpowering.

    This sauce was truly amazing. Instead of pancetta I tossed in some marinated artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes to add a bit of sour and sweetness to the flavor. It went amazingly well with homemade pasta.

    It was so good. For those who found it to be salty if you use bacon instead of pancetta it cuts down the salt and tastes just as good!!!
