Very Moist, Not wet! Just perfect, So yummy... I didnt have the capers like others but it was great! Used diced dill pickles in the mixture was crisp and delish... cant say that enough. Also used sharp provolone worked great for our family. Thanks Emeril As always!!!

Really yummy! I loved that salty bite that came from adding those capers. I also liked the addition of hardboiled eggs. The combination of flavors married together nicely!

Just finished making these tonight and it was delish! Had to leave out capers didn't have on hand and no muenster cheese I had provolone and instead of dill pickles for garnish I had a jar of them diced and put it in the mayo mix. Didn't put them in the oven I grilled them like a cheese sandwich and they were perfect YUM!

The tuna salad itself was so good that I thought it would never make it to the bread! I used english muffins and cheddar (because that is what I had on hand and it was great!

This is a great recipe to create a 4 star tuna melt that is far beyond what you can get from the can. The tuna tastes fresh and extremely moist creating a flavor balance that you can only find in a fancy restuarant.

My son, who doesn't go crazy for tuna, seemed curious as to what emeril's recipe tasted like. Guess what he had for lunch that day, OH yeah Baby! He just flipped when he tasted it.
