When my husband made Emeril's lasagna for a party, everyone was raving about it and many told us it was, hands down, the BEST lasagna they had ever tasted! It's meaty and delicious, Bon Appetito!

This is the best lasagna recipe yet. The meat sauce is very flavorful. Lasagna tastes perfect even heated up the next day. Highly recommend.

This was by far one of the best lasagna recipes I have tried. The cheeses are worth the expense for a special occasion. I served it to my husband for our 25th wedding anniversary!

The flavor was simply great. The provalone cheese added a great texture when the dish had cooled slightly.

My husband and I have made just about every lasagna recipe on the planet and this one has to be the best!! Do not skimp on the cheese - get the good stuff.
The meat sauce is to die for. Make a double recipe of it so you'll have something for a midnight snack - sauce, bread and a little vino...YUM.
This recipe should have a ten star rating.

This is one of the best Lasagna recipe's I have ever attempted. I agree with other users to use high quality cheeses and be careful when adding additional salt. It is a very time consuming process, but well worth the effort. I also recommend using fresh basil in both the sauce and the filling. Buon Appetito!
