Best lasagna I've ever had. And the SAUCE!!! The sauce so so good, you could eat it as a meal in itself!

I finally got all of the ingredients to make this, took me a while but it's absolutely delicious. My husband loves it! Thanks so much!

This was the best lasagna I have ever had but the noodles didn't cook. Nobody finished their plate because of the noodles but the taste is the best!

I fed this to a crowd of extended family a few days after Christmas. I wanted to try my new pasta maker out so we made it with homemade noodles. We also used sweet Italian sausage instead of the veal and that worked out great. The cheese mixture is the best I have ever used--not bland like a lot of recipes that use only ricotta are. This is my new standard for lasagna!

Whenever I need to make lasagna I use this. I follow the recipe word for word because I think it truly is the perfect recipe...worth all the effort!

All I can say is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! I made this for Christmas lunch and thought there would be lots of leftovers --- barely had enough for a "midnight snack."

The meat sauce is excellent (I don't put in the celery and carrots though, and not cooking the noodles ahead of time helps it stay together so much better. Pretty expensive to prepare because of all the cheeses. I usually need more sauce than it calls for, so make some extra.

This is the best tasting lasagna I've had, and I wasn't the only one who thought so...BUT the recipe as is is WAY too salty, as other reviews had mentioned. I used low sodium beef broth and added no salt at all to anything. Still came out just right. Can't imagine what it would've tasted like with all that additional salt!

This was a rich lasagna. I loved the flavor and the spicy sausage. It's not a lasagna you want two or three pieces of because with all the cheese it becomes a bit too much. It was excellent leftover the next day.
