This has become one of mine and my husband's favorite quick couple night recipes since we saw the episode it was on a few years ago. Love it! I add some extra bacon.

My husband was off work today and watched the show with me and was anxious to try the recipe. He made it, and we loved it! This is definitely a keeper at our house and we'll be making it again (and again!

I've been making this recipe for a couple of years and it always turns out perfect (as long as I don't stray too far from Emeril's measurements. Occassionally I'm out of enough garlic or something else and you can tell the difference. The ingredients and measurements in this recipe are spot on for a quick and delicious meal.

This is a great recipe! I doubled the bacon and used 2 eggs, and it turned out fabulous. I did follow the recipe directions to the letter, though. Thanks Emeril, I'll be making this one again!

Super good. I think next time I'll not add quite as much red pepper though the kick was a nice addition. I also just went ahead and doubled the sauce because we always like a little extra.

Haven't made this yet, but definitely will & I know it will be delicious. On the show, Emeril added the pasta to the pan & then added the egg on top, stirring it just a bit before putting in his serving dish. Maybe that is the key to not having the egg scramble.
