This was a yummy drink. I only gave it for stars because it was a little to sweet and I not an expert on drinks.

I'm not big on alcoholic drinks but really liked these. I cut the alcohol by about 1/3 and added about a 1/2 cup more lemon/lime juice. Couldn't get the layered effect, but it still looks great all swirled together. the mango and strawberry accent the alcohol perfectly.

While the recipe had a great taste, both individual parts and the overall mixture, I had difficulty getting the proper thickness to allow layering of the three separate parts. The fruit layers are heavy and wanted to sink in the middle, so that there were no clear lines or layers.

I just love margaritas but usually I prefer the regular frozen margaritas and not the fruit flavored ones but this one is a definite keeper. Bring on the mariache bands.
