I have never tried a Cosmopolitan before. My first thought on how to get the best Cosmopolitan recipe was the Food Network of course! I saw Emeril's recipe and thought why not from one of the best Food Network Chef's. How to descirbe it to "first timer" Cosmopolitan drinkers Awsome! Very smooth!

These Cosmopolitans were easy to make and also very tasty. My guests were impressed. However, they were a little red for Cosmos and a bit sweet. Overall worth treating your friends to. Keira
