    This is my second time making french fries and it turned out much better this time also because i have a thermometer now. Controlling the temperature was the hardest part. A question, are you allowed to reuse the frying oil? And thanks for the directions!

    These are sensational! Best fries I've ever had. Simple and easy to make. I added Paula's house seasoning and they were marvelous!

    These were great. Haven't done fries in a long time because they never really turned out good but these are insane. Well worth the extra effort to cook them twice and prep the night before.

    if you to dip the fried potatos in a mix of eggs and folwer beofre frying them for the second time, you will taste the out of this planet french dipped fries.ha
