    My family LOVES this recipe! It is easy and fun to make, and tastes delicious!! We have made these sandwiches (delectable dressing and all multiple times. In fact, we are about to indulge in this amazing meal in a matter of minutes. THANK YOU, Emeril!

    This has got to be the best tasting reuben ever! The sauce is the key that makes this sandwich so good. Thanks Emeril! You are the best!

    I am not a fan of reuben sandwich but my husband is. so I found this recipe and made for him. after his sandwich he said "that was VERY GOOD~~~"
    Well that was all I needed!! Thanks Emeril!! (I did taste the sauce. the sauce is wonderful!! ^*^(

    This Reuben recipe is the best! Don't skimp on the dressing because it is outstanding! Thanks Emeril, this one is a whole family pleaser.

    I didn't make Emerald's sauce...I used thousand island instead and these were better than any reuben from any restraunt, my husband even complimented how good they were which he never does even if he likes something! Great recipe!

    I made mine with turkey instead of corned beef. The dressing is the BEST and so easy - make extra for "dipping".
