Such an easy recipe and a big hit with my guests! I used Jimmy Dean sausage (aleady uncased so it was easy to use. I literally quadrupled the recipe because I was feeding 8 people and this recipe was easy to convert and cook for a crowd. A agree that clean-up is easy because everything is prepared in one big pan. Served with home fries and voila!

One of my sons had a group of his college age buddies over and I served them this for brunch. Universal approval from a big eating crowd! And I loved the fact that I only had one big pan to clean up.

We made this for Christmas Eve morning. It was very simple to make and very good! We put the salsa inside the burrito instead of ontop. Will definitly make it again!

I made this as a quick meal for my husband and me and it was incredible. The seasoning alone was fantastic. This is a keeper, thank you.

Quick and easy enough for breakfast and filling enough for a casual supper. I only used half the Bam since we don't really like spicy and it was just right for us. Some of my famly also added a dolop of sour cream.

I made this for my dad and boyfriend early in the morning and both said it had a great flavor. I have never tried making a breakfast burrito before and it was very easy. Prep what you can beforehand, it will make your morning so so much easier! Great kick!

Used bacon instead of sausage, and mushrooms instead of peppers because that's what I had on-hand. Used regular Essence instead of Baby-Bam. Topped with salsa. Very good.

These are great to make ahead of time for a quick breakfast during the week. Also, don't use flavored sausage. I used sausage with maple and it wasn't nearly as good. I also used egg substitute which is much healthier. Pepper Jack cheese would be a nice touch also.
