    This was a great dish! My boyfriend isn't the biggest shrimp fan and he LOVED it. I didn't have the essence put together so I just threw all of the essence ingredients on the shrimp directly, I added a little bit more cayenne and some cajun since we like things spicy and threw in a little creole seasoning. I didn't think the lemon was overpowering at all, I actually threw in a little more than what the recipe called for. I only had a 1/4 left of dry white wine so I added just a little bit of vermouth too. The dish turned out amazing, the only thing I would do different next time is put some fresh parm cheese on top! But GREAT dish!

    My family and I really enjoy this dish. It is one of our favorite pasta dishes. It is delicious and simple to make.

    This was just okay to me. I agree with another reviewer that there was too much wine and lemon juice. I didn't season the shrimp with the salt and pepper at the end as I could tell there was plenty of Essence for seasoning and I was right.

    this recipe is wonderful as is, but i added a can of petite diced tomatoes to the sauce just before pouring it over the pasta. made it more colorful and yummier

    Overall... a quick and easy tasty dish. It ended up a little on the liquidy side. I'm thinking of scaling back the lemon juice and white wine the next time I try it... and there will definitely be a next time!

    Very easy/quick meal! One warning, be careful with the Emeril's essence..a little goes a long way. Oh, also works well with frozen shrimp if fresh are unavailable.

    This meal was excellent and was very quick. It was sort of heavy with the butter, but delicious. I served with freshly made hummus and toasted whole wheat pita - an interesting combination which worked quite nicely.

    This is a dish that my husband and I make together. It is so easy and delicious! It makes a difference if you get fresh large shrimp, peel and devein them yourself.

    I made this dish yesterday and it is simply delicious. The left overs was today's dinner and it taste just as good....and I'm already looking forward to making this dish again real soon. Thank you Emeril for this quick and easy and wonderful meal!
