The shrimp was awesome but very spicy, I liked it but if you don't like a lot of spice I would use less seasoning. I didn't have Essence so used some Tony Cachere's Creole Seasoning, maybe that's why.

The rice turned out fantastic and I will definitely make it again. It was simple to make and tasted great.

I found the shrimp to be too sour and too rich, so I'll definitely reduce the amount of lemon juice and butter next time. Overall a great meal though!

This dish is elegant and comes together very quickly. I've also made it with Angel Hair pasta instead of the herbed rice, and it is great. I found that I had to reduce the lemon juice by half to suit my taste.

I have been looking for a good scampi recipe FOR YEARS, and nothing has even come close to this. It's the perfect scampi and so easy. Try it, it's delicious.

This has become my favorite recipe...it's great for a weekend dinner or anytime, and a very easy and impressive meal for guests! Quick, spicy without being overwhelming, works great with frozen shrimp and whatever you've got on hand. Love it!
Great for busy working couples: http://www.fiftyisthenewforty.net. Thanks!

The only thing I changed was I added a little wild rice to the pilaf. Awesome recipe.

I only made the rice pilaf and it was fantastic! Highly flavorful and very tender. Great side dish to any meal.
