    The wife and I loved the flavor and will do this again. Next time though I will half the salt because the seasonings already have enough salt in them.

    This recipe knocks all others away! We loved the layers of flavor and I used very large shrimp that soaked up the flavor while cooking. And fresh herbs I think, really do make a big difference. Loved it and will keep close at hand.

    I love this recipe!! I make it all the time and everyone just loves it, even the kids. My nephew says he hates shrimp but he will eat it this way. It is just the perfect recipe to serve for a good dinner party or just relaxing night at home. Thank You Emeril!!!

    EXCELLENT!!! I can not cook and I was able to make this with no problem. My family loved it! They are begging for more. Instead of using the rice pilaf i used linguine! FABULOUS!! A must try!!

    I made this for dinner last night but did serve the shrimp over angel hair instead of the rice pilaf and it was excellent! There were no leftovers and the kids were still asking for more. My 3 year old asked me to make more for breakfast this morning, lol. Will be added to our regular rotation of meals.

    This came out awesome. I followed the recipe fairly exactly, tho eyeballed most of it. Instead of the pilaf, I served it with linguine and I cut the amount of shrimp in half and used some left over lobster meat along with it. One of the best scampi's Ive ever had.
