    this was the most magnificent scampi i have ever made. the directions were short and simple and the kids loved it!!! thanks emeril! message me for a date why don't ya!

    I prepared this recipe for my husband, who is as Italian as you can get. Which means very hard to please. HE LOVED IT! Shrimp is one of my favorite foods, but I only eat it in restaraunts, because I never knew how to prepare it other than with coctail sauce. Definately will be adding this to my family recipe book, courtesy of Mr. Emeril. Thanks so much.

    why would someone who doesn't like shrimp give this a negative rating? You don't like shrimp, fine. So don't give it a rating, just ignore it my dear and go one to something uou LIKE. By the was, for those who do like shrimp it's FABULOUS.

    This was my first time cooking shrimp. I made this dinner for my mom on her birthday and it turned out great! It was very quick and easy, and was completely delicious!
