    This was great, but just a little too spicy for me. I tend not to like spicy food, so next time I will just omit the black pepper from the recipe since there is pepper in the pilaf and some spices in Emeril's Essence that goes on the shrimp. But other than that, very good. :

    This is the best shrimp scampi ever! It is so quick to make and looks beautiful in the serving dish and on the plate.
