    I made this for my wife and she absolutly loved it. Me too!. I'll be making this as a champagne dessrt fot our monthly wine tasting group in July!

    I still have dreams about this desert... I used to live in New Orleans and on our weekend trips into the city I would frequent a little cafe in the French Market and order their Strawberies Romanoff. I was crazy for it... so creamy and flavorful and fresh... And then came this recipe. I didn't know I would ever be able to find an improved version... and make it myself!!! A true winner.... Thank you...

    this was very yummy, but i used more liquer than what it called for. can't tell you how much exactly, maybe a couple tblsp. more? excellent for entertaining, and very easy!
