You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces apple rum (recommended: Bacardi Big Apple Rum)
  • 3/4 ounce green apple liqueur (recommended: Sour Apple Pucker)
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 thin slice green apple, to garnish

Directions

In a cocktail shaker combine the rum, sour apple liqueur, simple syrup, lemon juice and ice cubes and shake to chill. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a thin slice of green apple. Serve immediately.

    The martini was really good!! The recipe only makes one drink so be prepared to be a bartender if you entertaining with this one. It wasn't too strong and had a wonderful flavor of apple. If you like bitter, this one is not for you!!
