    Recipe was outstanding and would gladly make it again...The review below with a 1 star...this person is a moran. There was a warning about raw and lightly cooked eggs. This recipe says nothing about the use of snail shells other then to remove snails from shells. This adds to the ease of eating. Ignore wynnlew1111_10238831.

    Emeral has forgaten, or has surenndered to the FDA stupidity, and has accepted this idea (stupid that snail shells are a health hazard. I have the shells and have used the same for more than 20 years.

    Only the French know how to prepare and serve snails.
