    I made this panini, and it was honestly one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. I recommend this recipe to anyone trying to make a new sandwich.

    This panini is wonderful! To cut down on ingredients and prep time I made a simplified mayo. Just stir together regular mayo, some chipotle tobasco sauce, a pinch of dried oregano, and a bit of minced garlic and you are set.

    This was a big hit at my house. We don't eat beef but I simply switched the steak out for chicken and everyone loved it. A family favorite now! Not too hard and it's easy to save the extras and make more later.

    This was a very good first attempt at Emrils recipies. A tad soggy, but that was probably my fault. Overall great taste.
