I entered our block party's annual chowder contest and won first prize. The smoky flavor of the bacon and the richness of the broth makes a great combination. I would give it more stars if I could!

this clam chowder is amazing! i also used drained canned clams, and it came out really well. my friends said it was restaurant quality. a must try for those who love chowder.

This is wonderful chowder and easy. Instead of real live clams, I used 3 drained cans of minced clams.
