The preperation time was pretty short which was nice. I think it really lacked the flavor punch I was looking for. I guess if I'm using heavy cream I would rather have something full of flavor rather than healthy.

Definitely the best alfredo I've ever had. Used 1 1/2 cups of cream and 3/4 cup of cheese instead to make more sauce and subbed broccoli for the peas. Excellent tasting meal!

This is the best Fettuccini Alfredo I've ever had!! And it's very simple to make.

The only change I would make is to double the recipe. Even though the sauce is very rich, I can't see how that recipe would have comfortably served four adults.

Easy to make and wonderfully delicious! I used shrimp and peas and it was a hugh hit with my husband. I will definately make this again and use other varitations. I would recommend this to anyone, especially for new cooks, like my daughter. This is a keeper...thanks Emeril!

I loved this recipe. I made it for an Italian night at my house and everyone loved it. The only thing I added was about 2tbs of butter. It made the dish a bit creamer and thicker.

I made this pasta a long time ago and it was great. I changed a few things though. I substituted the olive oil for butter and light cream for heavy cream. I tried another recipe similar to this a long time ago and it had cayenne pepper. So, I added cayenne pepper to this for some kick. With my changes, we really enjoyed it!

I just had this at a dinner party and it was delicious. My only suggestion would be to make more of the sauce, as the peas & prusciutto made it thick.

Made this exactly following the recipe with homemade egg pasta and it was perfect. Don't intend to change a thing next time. Best of all, it was exceptionally easy.

I had some shrimp that needed to be cooked so I found this recipe and decided to do shrimp and brocolli instead of prosciutto and peas. It was awesome!!! I sauteed the shrimp first then followed the recipe as written. My son who is extremely picky loved it. I added a little more cream and cheese to make additional alfredo sauce. Super easy and delicious!!
