If you ever wanted a easy yet spectacular recipe for Alfredo this is the one. I enriched the sauce by incorporating an egg yolk.

This is the best Fettuccini I have ever tasted to include resturant meals. The peas add an exorbant amount of flavor and you will receive wonderful reviews with this meal. Cooking it again tonight!

I've been searching for a truly wonderful Fettucine Alfredo recipe for years and I was so astounded that something this easy and quick could taste this marvelous. The saltiness of the prosciutto with the sweet peas and creamy parmesan made this a wonderful meal accompanied only with a great bread. The simplicity of the recipe made it easy to get everything right the first time. Thanks Emeril!

This was so easy to make and has a great taste. HTe house smelled so good too.
There wasn't alot of sauces running away from the pasta.

Okay, so I totally made my own recipe with this. I used fat free half and half as a substitute and turkey bacon. My husband never new the difference. I did use too much cheese though as the cream started to seperate some, but it still tasted good. I also substituted asperagus instead of peas (don't like peas. That was a great combo. I also would recommend serving this as soon as you make it. I made it a little too early as I was excited to get started and then it sat on the stove waiting for my husband to get home from work. Not a pretty presentation by that time. Still tasted good though. ENJOY!
