Absolutely wonderful! I substituted a quarter of a red onion and 3 garlic cloves for the shallots...love it!

I tried this recipe and it is the /best/ alfredo ever! I used pasta with basil in it, and added some lightly seasoned, pan-fried chicken, and english peas! It's very simple too! We'll definately do this again!

I tried this recipe and it is the best alfredo sauce I have tasted. You have to be careful and use unsalted butter. I didn't the first time and it was too salty even though I left out the additional salt the recipe calls for. I used this with ravioli and tortellini!! Thanks, Emeril

I love this recipe. It is so easy, doesnt take that many ingredients and taste like it took all day to make!! I like to grill strips of steak to place on top.
