I am slightly bias with my rating because I had this recipe with salted Cod Fish, which I am not a huge fan of from the start but my parents are so I figured I'd give this a shot. The fish was moist & the aroma from the air packets were great. Paired it with rosemary potatoes & had everything done in the oven. Not bad, still didn't make me like cod anymore. I think I would have enjoyed it more with another white fish & maybe topped off with a slice of lemon while baking.

This was a great and easy recipe. I added some lemon juice at the end and that was a nice addition. Make sure you have some rice or bread to mop up the delicious sauce!

This recipe was super easy to make and tasted amazing. I used flounder and my 12 year old son ate 2 1/2 portions. Everyone loved it. Will be making it again for sure.

Moist. Easy to assemble ahead of time. Also easy to make changes by adding wine and veggies like another reviewer said. The 'baby bam' seasoning is what sets this apart, and there's extra to save to have at the ready for the next time...saves even more time the second time around.

This was easy, delicious & impressive! My family loved having their own pouch to open up and the flavor was incredible! I served it with some of my homemade artisan bread to soak up the juices, an easy side of coleslaw and everyone said they wanted me to make this dish again. I will for sure. This was my first recipe I have made from Emeril's collection and it get great raves from me.

I used recipe this with Tilapia and it was absolutely delicious. The fish comes out very moist, and the flavor is great. The butter that settles on the bottom is great for dipping with crusty bread. We also used some of the butter to pour over asparagus. Yum !!!!

This recipe is really easy. I catch a lot of fresh cod and haddock, so i cook a lot of fish. I have been looking for a change from the ole baked stuffed and fish nuggets and this is a great recipe. It is light and full of flavor. I would add some white wine and maybe some sliced zuchinni and yellow squash to it though.
