    I pulled this recipe up just to look at the elephant garlic chips but there's not even a mention of them.

    The show showed Emeril deep frying the elephant garlic but didn't show the resulting product. The recipe doesn't mention what to do. Did he put spices on or just brown and eat them?

    EXCELLENT, I LOVE HIS SHOW, CONGRATULATE IT, IT IS ONE OF LITTLE SHOWS THAT MOTIVATE ME TO COOKING, IT HAS GREAT PASSION ONE NOTICES THAT HE LOVES COOKING, SINCE WHAT I HAVE PREPARED OF RECIPES OF YOU THEY ARE DELIGHTFUL, CONGRATULATIONS AGAIN!!
