    We also used grouper filets. Put the citrus and onion slices over and under and grilled for a little less time in the foil packet. Outstanding and pretty, too. Made a peach salsa to serve alongside.

    I modified it a bit and it was still outstanding. I used a 1 lb. skinless grouper filet and put all the ingredients into a foil packet for grilling - it was excellent! Very light and flavorful.

    Nice blend of fruit to give a tropical taste to the Grouper. Easy cleanup as well. I will use it again and again!
