    Flavorful throughout. I couldn't find lump crabmeat so I had to use claw meat instead. Additionally, I used 1/2 lb lobster tail, 1/4 lb sea scallops, 1/2 lb. bay scallops, and 1/2 lb shrimp. I steamed these in the microwave for a few minutes before cutting into reasonably-sized chunks and seasoning them. Excellent! Everyone loved it. I will definitely make this again.

    Was not sure what I was going to do with leftover Maine Lobster, and decided to try this recipe out on Family and Friends, it was a huge hit. Easy to prepare and delicious. Thank you Emeril. Will definitely make this one again.

    I thought this recipe was excellent - although the pan size specified is not nearly adequate - but I thought something was "missing". Like another reviewer, I substituted shrimp and scallops for the lobster, and otherwsie followed the recipe. But I think it needed something to give it some additional "wow". Maybe basil added to the spinach, or some cayenne or shallots - next time will experiment!
