    This is the first time I've ever made waffles. They turned out beautifully and were very easy to make. I'll definitely make them again

    Wow Emeril...where has the magic gone?! These are the blandest tasting waffles I have ever had....yuck. I ate half of the waffle and threw it out. NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!

    As a buttermilk pancake fan and a waffle lover, this is a great recipe. The batter looked too thick, so added another 1/4 cup of buttermilk, and a bit of vanilla. They were perfect. Crisp, brown on the edges and very tasty. I will throw away my other waffle recipes. Sorry, can't comment on chicken - I didn't make it.

    For those familiar with Roscoes Chicken and Waffles, this recipe will put you in contention!! Fix it for your friends that have never tried this dish......they will love you for it!!!

    i got this recipie off of the food network recipie search for american cuisine. After seeing Emril make it i figured that "hey anything i can do he can do better" so itried it. Gave it to my family and BAM! (little pun there to make you laugh my family fell in love with it!
