    it was just okay. better if just put in flour with seasonings. got too brown just not my type.

    I did this recipe using an electric deep fryer and it worked well. I enjoyed the flavor of the crust from all the butter milk and garlic. The crust itself was not to bad but this was not the best chicken I have had. I would probably do this again though.
