The duck confit was good, but paired with the applesauce it was out of this world. This applesauce is slammin!!! You can eat it alone for dessert with some ice cream, or just by itself. This sauce would also be great with pork chops or any other meat dish paired with a fruit or fruit sauce. YUMMY!
