Per recipe and listed ingredients...wonderful!
FYI...although I live in Silicon Valley, CA...very difficult to find grocery store or butcher that offers ground veal or pork. Too bad for folks that want to make this recipe. If you CAN get ingredients...make these.
Delicious!

I made this for new years eve & it was a huge hit. The only modification I made was using ground turkey in place of the veal, pork, beef mixture. All was made the night before the party & refrigerated. Then placed in a crock pot to warm. Was a little labor intensive but worth it as I did get many compliments.

Well worth the work to make these. They are the best meatballs you will ever make for a party or finger dish.

This recipe was more involved then most meatball recipes I've ever made, but they're the best meatballs I've ever made. The coriander and nutmeg are flavors that my guests loved. Emeril always has great flavors in his dishes, I've never gone wrong with one of his recipes.

I am reviewing this because this is the first dish I was able to make of all the meals that I wanted to make. Usually I dont find all the ingredients in the supermartket or people who works at the supermarket never even heard of the things I am asking.

This recipe is great! The meatballs taste unlike any meatballs I have ever had. The coriander really comes out.
