From the minute I watched him do this recipe, I knew I could too and I couldn't wait. Follow the recipe to the t and you'll have one fantastic, flavor explosion. People were fighting over it at the table and we'll be making it again! Give yourself about an hour of prep time because of refrigeration. I used peanut oil for frying and was unable to find the "ipswich", so used the best clams I could find. Also, I used a good, fresh italian hoagie roll, one with a moderately hard crust, sliced it in three and we ended up tossing the slaw right into the bun. Turned out fantastic! Thanks, Emeril!
