    When I watched this episode of Emeril LIve, I was in Heaven, I love chocolate especially when it comes with banana's! This recipes looked so yummy when he made it but when I made it and actually tasted it, I discovered it was way too sweet, I couldn't continue to eat it, I enjoy desserts that are just a little sweet

    After seeing Emril making the Bombe on TV and reading the reviews, I was a bit dissapointed. I had a problem removing the bombe from the mold, the plastic wrap torn and I had to dip the mold in warm water, should I have used Pam in the mold before the putting in the plastic wrap. Also, I found that the mousse did not freeze well it was grainy. Did I do something wrongl. The overall taste of the rum, ice cream and bananas was excellent. I will try it again this time using chocolate ice cream instead of the mousse.
