Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 banana, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/2 pint fresh strawberries
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 to 2 cups crushed ice
Directions
In a blender combine all the ingredients and puree until smooth. Serve the smoothies in cold glasses.

This morning, I, my Sister and Grandmother tried the recipe for breakfast, and it was not in my high of expectations. Perhaps if we had put less ice (than 2 cups it would have been better. It just tasted watered down. Being from the South we love for our food and "drinks" to have alot of flavor, but this particular type of smoothie did not. Best wishes for those who are considering trying it, perhaps learn from the following reviews on maybe improving the experience.
