EASY. DELICIOUS. FANTASTIC addition to brunch menu. I make the entire recipe and simply serve it out of a beautiful carafe - appealing alternative alongside OJ, coffee, etc. Never any left, thanks Emeril!

This smoothie was very good. I used orange juice from concentrate as opposed to fresh squeezed and the smoothie was still delicious! I made this smoothie for my dad and omitted the yogurt because he does not like it and it was still somewhat like the consistency of a smoothie which was nice. My mother and I had it with the yogurt and we enjoyed it, too.
