I didn't even use this for turkey, I cooked a whole chicken after brining it. It turns out so moist and flavorful, I can't imagine doing it any other way!

I tried recipe with a turkey breast and turned out fantastic: flavorful, not spicy, moist, just unbelievable !!!
My sink disposal enjoyed the gravy as we did not need it.

This was without a doubt the best turkey breast I have ever had. I brined on Saturday (first time I ever used a brine but certainly not my last timeand made it on Sunday. The meat was oh sooooooooooooo moist. Suggest that everyone try this one. EMERIL really rocks on this one.

I don't usually eat turkey because it was always dry to me, but this turkey was absolutely delicious. It was juicy and full of flavor. Now I cook turkey for my family all the time.

This was the juiciest, most delicious turkey I have ever roasted! I did use a fresh bone in breast, and put the turkey in a garbage bag in a cooler (lots of ice over and under the garbage bagwith the brine so it was completely submerged - it was truly perfect and tasty, and even the leftovers remained moist in the fridge! PS - I roasted this in the oven but my friend does it on the grill and claims it's even more delicious - if possible! Try it!

I probably should've thought about it during Thanksgiving ;-. It has a nice flavor. You gotta try it, and it's worth the time.
