I have tried this several times and it is always wonderful. The white meat is soooo moist and flavorful. The citrus combined with the cilantro is an excellent combination. A huge hit with my family. I usually do two turkey breasts at once and then freeze one for later with the same amount of ingredients. If only doing one breast, I cut the water volumn as it is easier to manage in plastic bags. Also using plastic bags, makes it easy to turn, etc to evenly marinate.
