We used this recipe for shrimp instead of crawfish and it was super. Since I don't eat pork, we swapped out the pork sausage for seafood sausage. So good! FYI, it takes a really large pot.

We had my wife's sister from WV visiting and I made the Boil. She went wild. Now it's headed to WV and will for sure spread like fire.
Thanks

I prepared this boil for a small dinner party for my family. It was very easy and fun! We ate outside on the patio and covered the table in newspapers and dug in! Such a great recipe!

My husband and I saw this on one of the shows, and I knew I had to try it! I also used shrimp in this boil. I surprised my husband with this one Friday night while it was snowing to feel a little "summery" I have never cooked shrimp or crawfish, but it was very easy. This was WONDERFUL!!! Thanks!!!! Can't wait to try it again for having company over!!

We had a summer birthday party and decided to have this crawfish boil. We had a large amount of frozen crawfish, so that's what we used. Everyone enjoyed it. We are not accustomed to eating crawfish here in Utah, but we tried them and some of the party loved them. (We added shrimp at the last minute for those who wouldn't try the crawfish. Overall, no one complained, but said they had fun. Some of the initial responses to finding out that we would be helping ourselves to the food, from a table spread with newspaper, was that they weren't sure they wanted to partake, but even the naysayers enjoyed themselves.

Didn't change a thing...
Tastes just like it should, and artichokes are a nice addition.
