Way to go Emeril.......Served this Christmas Eve and it was a really big hit. So good, we poured the crab on a newspaper covered table and cracked away. I wouldnt change a thing!

l crave this dish so much, that everytime the store has fresh crab at a decent price, I have to have it. I used dried chiles first, but tonight, i will go with thai chiles. I usually boil corn, and douse it in the pan mixture. Few oyster for starters, and it will be a great dinner! Thanks Emeril.

Being a recreational crabber from the San Francisco Bay area I am always looking for a great new recipe. This is it. I share it with all my friends.

This was very very tasty. I added a bottle of beer to the boiling water. I also sprinkled a nice amount of old bay seasoning on the crab legs before they went into the oven.

This recipe is so good, it's almost obscene! The flavors blend just right, and they don't overpower the crabmeat. Wonderful!
