My fiance' used a store bought garlic "spread" that his family swore by. The company quit making it and I went to work researching a new garlic (butter spread. I watched an episode of Emeril were he made this. This is the most SIMPLE and BEST garlic butter you could ever have in your fridge as a regular staple. I use it for everything from bread to veggies...as sometimes just a little of this butter on a cracker for an afternoon snack. Yummy!
