This was the second recipe prepared in our new pressure cooker. They were pretty simple to prepare and the meat literally fell off of the ribs while we were eating them! Excellent recipe and highly recommended!

I haven't tried it yet, either, but my husband was literally drooling at the TV. As to the pressure cooker, it looks like either a Russell Hobbs or Farberware; if you go to the very bottom of the Food Network Page, click on Shopzilla, search for pressure cookers, and scroll down, you will see it. I don't know for sure, but it sure looks like the Russell Hobbs model. I've been using pressure cookers for years, but am definitely going to get this one, so you can release the steam without having to wait with a conventional pressure cooker.
