DELISH! Very easy. Used a cookie sheet to do the roasting, came out perfect.

This recipe was extremely easy and super delicious! The fresh lemon squeezed on at the end was the perfect finishing touch.

I am not sure how to rate this, I think the asparagus would have been delicious, but would like to caution against the recommendation to use a glass baking dish. After the asparagus had been in the oven for about 15 minutes, I heard a loud bang, and the baking dish had exploded in the oven. I am more upset about missing out on the asparagus than I am about losing the dish, it smelled so good. I just found a review for Pyrex/glass bakeware that warns against using glass for roasting at temperatures above 400 degrees. Not sure why Emeril specifically recommends glass for this recipe, but I would caution other users against it, and will be sticking to metal bakeware for roasting in the future.

I love the taste of the garlic and lemon together. My family loves garlic so we add a bit more than what the recipe calls for. The baking of the asparagus leaves them soft and chewy. Great recipe!!!!

The asparagus shouldn't have been cooked that long unless you like them really limp and the flavor was just off.
